High quality refinement for a shining result

The Nagel DigiUVL 380 offers various possibilities to enhance the result of UV refined material. The UV varnish is warmed up by a heating element before usage to ensure a consistent dispersion on the sheet. An additional controllable IR heating module increases the effect for a smooth glossy surface. The high capacity UV lamp with 50% less power consumption in standby mode can start-up in a few  seconds to full power. Quartz glass under the lamp contributes to fire protection. The ozon free lamp does not require any special UV filter. 

To avoid paper jams during the feeding process, paper guides put the sheets straight inside the machine which are processed by a high quality transportation belt and a vacuum table underneath. The paper length is not limited, therefore banners of several meters can be managed. For collection, an extendable output tray is optionally available for sheets up to 800 mm.

The benefit of the variable doctor blade is highly valuable for double sided UV refinement. Leftovers of varnish can be eliminated from the roll to avoid any disruption and to guarantee a brilliant result. Cleaning of the machine is quite easy and simple.
