Two-Side-Trimmer for inline and stand-alone operation

The Nagel 2S Trimmer works inline to create a complete full-bleed booklet making system that is perfect for a wide range of on-demand applications. Brochures, manuals, reports, policy documents and many more can be quickly finished in one streamlined operation without the need for additional handling or finishing.

The 2S Trimmer provides highly accurate cutting for booklets up to 100 pages (80 g / m²). The 2S Trimmer can handle up to 25 sheets per booklet (20 LB Bond / 80 g / m², 100 page booklet) and can be used as a stand-alone for already front-trimmed booklets.

The Nagel 2S Trimmer is easy to operate with a digital display. The side trim can be adjusted quickly and with precision and the jobs can be saved in the memory.

With the addition of the 2S Trimmer to the Nagel product range, a cost effective full-bleed solution is available which has a small footprint and can even be operated by untrained staff.

This machine is designed with high reliability and can handle long runs without any intervention of an operator.

The Nagel 2S Trimmer is also available as a stand-alone option.

The 2S Trimmer is an optimal addition for the Nagel Robo Feeder-line, which consits of the bookletmaker Foldnak 80 or 100, the front trimming module Trimmer 100, the square pressing module SP 100 or SP + and the Robo Feeder. This is a complete and fast bookletmaking-line particularly designed for digital prints.
