Flexible feeding even with large formats
The Nagel Stack Feeder is a universal pile feeder, that is able to feed paper, cardboard, PVC-sheets ordie cut sheets into our UV-varnishing machine UVL or our die-cutting machine DFC (Digital-Flexo-Cut).Even large sizes up to 750 mm wide can be fed easily.
The sheets get fed from the top of the pile by a vacuum drum. Every feeder comes with a standard front air blow system to guarantee a smooth sheet separation.
One advantage of the Nagel Stack Feeder is its modular construction. For standard applications without the necessity of a sheet registration, it gets equipped with a basic standard out feeding device. Different side lay register tables are available (optional). In addition, paper trolleys can be used to preload the paper (optional).
The Nagel Stack Feeder is easy to handle and can be operated by untrained staff.
