The DocuFold Pro is a brand new concept fully automatic paper folding machine. Equipped with a user friendly SmartScreen panel it enables an operator with minimum training to carry out a variety of folds from an icon driven touch screen.
Enter the sheet size and the fold type on the DocuFold Pro SmartScreen and the machine automatically adjusts the fold plates and delivery rollers electronically. Standard formats are already preset. The fold rollers will also compensate for most types of fold or paper weight without the need of adjustment, further enhancing the ease of use. Operation is therefore simplicity itself. The machine‘s extremly short set-up times make it particularly suited for printing houses, copy shops and bookbinderies with frequently changing numbers in digital or offset printing.
A further feature of the sophisticated SmartScreen is the ability to memorise and store repeated jobs in the alpha numeric memory which can be retrieved within seconds.
At a maximum speed of 27.500 sheets/hour the DocuFold Pro processes formats up to 674 x 365 mm.
