The new generation of bookletmaking for professional print finishing: Nagel Foldnak 100.
Working with a new concept the Foldnak 100 can achieve a top speed up to 3,000 booklets/h with various formats. Wire stitching heads require reloading only after 60,000 sets.
The Foldnak 100 changes formats automatically. This bookletmaker offers a wide range of formats, it can handle large formats of digital printing systems as well as minimum formats (CD-booklets and smaller). Bookletmaking, block stapling, or just folding - finishing with the Foldnak 100 is simply versatile. The Foldnak 100 is also available with Nagel Ri-210 stapling heads as an entry model.
The Foldnak 100 bookletmaker operates online in the Nagel bookletmaking systems, in connection with the Nagel feeders and collators - Robo-Feeder and S8, Trimmer 100 and SP + Square Press as well as stand-alone machine.
NEW: The Foldnak 100/80 lines can now be optionally equipped with a touch screen panel!
The touch screen allows even less trained operators an intuitive and language independent operation of an extensive machine.
This was achieved by the application of easy to understand coloured icons and a limitation to few menu levels.
