The reject tray helps to reject incomplete sets and is located between the S8 collator and the Foldnak 100/80 bookletmaker. If an incomplete set occurs, the S8 collator sends a message to the Foldnak 100/80, which is driving the lifting magnets. Because of the changed position of the lifting magnets, a faulty set of paper can fall into the reject tray under the belts and the production can continue without any interruption.

The production is faster, because the bookletmaker can continue producing in a case of a faulty set without having to stop the production.
